The company was founded by Friedrich Braun initially as a trading business in the field of agricultural engines and became a maker of such machines later.

1970
At the beginning of the seventies, the trade business with rolling bearings and accessories was developed and extended while the production of agricultural engines was abandoned.

Robert Braun took over the management.

1985 - 1987
Restructuring of sales and modernisation of the entire organisation.

1987 - 1988
Set-up of the enterprise resource planning and financial accounting systems using the IBM 36 and subsequently the AS 400 system.

Introduction of electronic filing including workflow management.

Review of corporate strategies and introduction of the corporate cockpit.

Sabine Braun joins the management team.

Extension of the office building at the Geister Landweg site.

Modernisation and further development of electronic archiving.
